Stupidhockey.com Return and Exchange Policy

NOTE: All products sold by StupidHockey.com are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt. If the items seemed damaged, used, or missing parts, please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items! Please, when trying skates on, only wear them indoors on carpet. Any marks on rollerblade wheels will not be accepted and will be considered as used. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.

* All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 10-days of original shipping date.

* All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

• STEP 1.
  • Please click here and fill out this web form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We WILL NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization (RA) Number. All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!
• STEP 2.Prepare the item to be shipped back following the instructions below:
  
  • Place the product back in its original packaging
  • Place the product in a box for shipping. Shipping labels attached to the original product packaging will not be accepted. it must be shipped in a separate container.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange products for size, but the customer must pay for shipping both directions.

REFUNDS

The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. (i.e. customer orders a stick for $200 with free shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $200 minus the cost of original shipping). We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS

All Clearance sales are final!! Clearance or Closeout items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis
